At Maxi Homes Abroad, we take pride in the service we provide our clients. We are keen to ensure that our customers feel comfortable throughout the buying process. For these reasons we do not apply sales pressure, and we make the purchasing experience as natural and as enjoyable as we can.

When you visit Bulgaria, we will ensure that our partners look after you. If you book an Inspection Visit, they will meet you at the airport and chauffeur-drive you to the hotel where you are staying. Each day, our partners will pick-you-up after breakfast and take you to see the properties of your choice. At the end of your stay, they will chauffeur-drive you back to the airport. We provide a personal service, and you will not be accompanied by, or ‘herded’ around with other clients.

Maxi Homes Abroad offer a full service to our clients who purchase a property in Bulgaria:

Our legal team will ensure that all aspects of your purchase are ‘safe and secure’ from a legal point of view. We will introduce you to English speaking independent lawyers. They will check all contracts, and ensure that the appropriate planning permissions are in place.
We will ensure that all contracts are translated into the English language, so that you will know exactly what you are buying.
We will take you to the bank and assist you to open your bank account. We will support you at the Public Notary and ensure that you receive your deeds and the keys to your property.
We will assist you to obtain a mortgage in Bulgaria if you require one. However, most people who purchase a property in Bulgaria obtain their funds from the UK. This may be from savings, cashing-in ISA’s and unit trust policies, or by taking out a second mortgage on a UK home.
We will introduce you to some respected UK foreign exchange companies who will offer you some of the best exchange rates. This will ensure that you get more euros for your £’s sterling when you pay for your property.
We will provide progress reports and pictures of your property throughout the stages of the build programme.
You can arrange for the independent lawyers to act on your behalf with limited Power of Attorney to make payments as appropriate, to the developers, and complete your purchase. This procedure is often used by clients who cannot visit Bulgaria often enough, or those who want a more convenient way to complete the purchase
We can arrange the delivery and installation of your furniture once your property is completed.

Our support continues right through until you receive your property deeds and move into your new home. We will always be available for assistance and support even beyond this stage.
